I know it was Blasphemous.. but what would you think if a band promises a music video for your favorite song at the time "breathe" and then never released it, plus got dropped by their label and lost 3 key members?

every few months there was something said on the message board of their site, but the damn thing deleted itself like every ten days or something.. one major reason syn, ant, and i built this place up. and they weren't dropped by artemis, they dropped the label for wanting to turn them into a standard-issue rock band. i think charlie and flip wanted to go back to school, and izzo... well i don't know that story actually... i think he had other opportunities come up and cb wasn't doing anything at the time... that is merely what i imagine happened though...

I was on the original message board for awhile, hardly posted because the format of the board was horse-shit in my opinion. I knew Artemis wanted to change their style and sound, but didn't know that Crossbreed actually told them to suck the big one, so thats new news to me. I heard stuff about Charlie and Flip wanting to go to back to school, and as I remember I think Izzo joined a new band or something, but as you, i'm not 100% sure. Thinks are on the rise though in the Crossbreed camp, been a fan for 6 years now, gonna continue supporting them.

As soon as I see a cd release date, yeah, I'll support them. Anything else is a waste of time/effort.

and unless cb gets HUGE, you won't... I'm probably one of two people who have seen team movement... the other being Marge... I only see this stuff because I deal with captains too... and hardly any of them do anything i've seen...

its a dead street-team, honestly, I go to shows and pass out the flyers I created for promoting both Crossbreed and the street team, and I see no one else there, nothing.. the movement is dead except for most captains.. but then again im only captain because the MN captain at the time didn't do shit.

you can nay-say all you want man, that's your prerogative, but i'm going to stay here ready to announce whatever news and to watch what goes on here... easy hobby i enjoy that counts as street team participation ;D A release date shows that the album will be coming out. Push backs, delays, whatever... it'll still come out eventually. 5FDP's album got pushed from fuckin' March to June 12th, but it's still coming out. Release date shows that the band's new album IS COMING OUT AT SOMETIME. At this point, we have no idea what's going on aside from 'omg they're kicking ass in the studio' or whatever else. There's a ton of bands out there that keep their fans updated frequently enough that we know what's going on. ...but whatever.
